Marking Yourself on the Web

During my web-design class, we put together all our work from September to the present into one website as an e-portfolio. We created a Wikispace, customized our page, posted our work in different pages to organize it for others to view and wrote about ourselves. While we created our e-portfolio, we also created a survey from Google Drive and embedded it on our Wiki. We also used a program called Audacity to create an audio greeting and created a QR code for our Wiki Page. Creating my own wiki is really helpful for me because it has all my work from school into one webpage for others to see. It shows my hard work and helps provide a better understanding of who I am and my interests.

Photoshop

Photoshop is a program that can be used to create and edit pictures to anything you want it to be with the tools it provides you with. I learned many things about this program that made me enjoy the time using it. In class we were taught how to create a header, logo, and other projects for our webpage. We also learned how to cut out a picture from its original background by using the magnetic lasso tool. On our last project with Photoshop,we had to create a picture using a character's head and switching it to a different body and a different background. My myth picture was a picture of Mario's head on Goku's body in a dark alley. It is suppose to be an alternate universe where they both combine their minds and have features of each other in the "real world".
